The Goldengrove team entered Stage 1 of this new village following completion of civil works by an unrelated third party contractor to deliver independent living units, community centre and village facilities as well as landscaping works.

Stage 2 of this village saw the Goldengrove team complete additional independent living unit construction as well as incorporating civil and infrastructure and remediation works in order to overcome issues experienced with previous contractors and ensure quality of outcome for our client.
