Stage 1 of this project involved the Goldengrove team establishing in a new region for both ourselves and our client.
Our projects and site teams were able to recruit and engage an entirely new trade base and leverage off our existing supply chain to complete this contract. In addition to civil and infrastructure work, our team constructed 12 independent living units, a community center, associated facilities and landscaping.
This was done whilst managing interactions with neighbouring subdivisions.
