This substantial residential project comprised 60 two storey townhouses. Construction was undertaken by our experienced team who delivered all buildings, inter-allotment landscaping, communal BBQ facilities, mobility access ramps as well as communal and external landscape and fencing works.
Goldengrove were also able to identify and manage issues resulting from unrelated third party civil contractors, in close consultation with our client to ensure the impact on the project was minimised.
Our project team were able to deliver this project a full six weeks ahead of programme and significantly inside our contract delivery time. This enabled our client to advance settlements to their purchasers and take advantage of reduced holding costs.
